SAS® Environment Manager does not update the SAS® Studio submission status when you delete a background-submitted job in SAS® Viya® 2020.x and later


In SAS Viya 2020.x and later, when you cancel a job from SAS Environment Manager that was generated with a background submit in SAS Studio, the status is not updated in the SAS Studio Submission Status window. The job displays a Running status. 

Navigating to Options ► Reset SAS session causes SAS Studio to not respond.
