A SAS^® 9.4 Enterprise Guide project that has been imported to SAS^® Viya^® should open from within SAS Studio. However, if the SAS Enterprise Guide project contains circular data references, SAS Studio appears to loop and fails to open the new .flw file.

This issue occurs because SAS Studio does not support circular references and is unable to process them. 

There is currently no fix for this issue. To work around the issue, you need to open the original projects within SAS Enterprise Guide and remove the circular references. Then re-import them into SAS Studio.
